RV Description

26' (29' feet w/ tongue) Travel Trailer in excellent condition and ready for your adventures!

We purchased this from the original/1st owner in 2022. The previous owners lived in it at a stationary lot and took excellent care of it. We did the same - purchased in Bend, OR and drove it to it's next stationary spot where it remained until now.

It has VERY low road miles, and was only towed to transfer it from one stationary spot to another, and 1 trip a few towns over to have some work done. We originally chose this unit as it has a massive rear bathroom with tons of storage, a front bedroom and when the slide is open - very generous living space. This unit has a ton of really nice features - indoor and outdoor independent surround sound, outdoor lighting, stainless steel sink, beautiful sliding barn doors. The unit has one large slide in the main area that spans the space.

Our modifications: As we lived in the unit, we did make modifications to make it more long-term comfortable. We removed the original couch and replaced with a full size couch from Ikea (very light!) which includes a full queen pull out bed and storage underneath. We removed the dinette and had the wiring rerouted for additional outlets. We used the dinette space as a desk. The table was always freestanding and remains in the unit. We added storage and lighting throughout the unit. We also covered the wall around the sink with a peel-and-stick backsplash to help prevent any water damage to the back wall. We removed the valences in the main cabin area and installed curtain rods. The valences and blackout roller shades remain in the bedroom and bathroom. The roller shades for the main living area were kept and will go with the unit. We've added several storage elements that we found helpful.

While being stored/unoccupied we ensured that all cabinets, drawers and spaces had moisture-absorbing products to prevent mold/mildew.

October 2025:
- Professionally stripped, cleaned and the entire thing resealed.
- Shower skylight was pulled out, cleaned and reinstalled.
- Large drawer under oven drawer slide replaced
- Right side awning arm replaced
- Professionally inspected and was given a clear 'bill of health' and all systems functioning GREAT!

February 2026:
- Front storage/garage doors had a leak due to water collecting on the actual door hinge itself. The entire unit was inspected for water damage. Flooring in garage storage replaced - no water damage found throughout the remainder of the unit. Garage bay doors replaced which include new hinges that do not allow water to collect/funnel into the garage compartment.

We can provide all the invoices for the work done - which totaled $5,300.

While there is minor cosmetic things, overall the unit functions GREAT and is in great shape. No concerns with tires or breaks or bearings.
