This 36 travel trailer is in great condition and has been garaged in our RV shelter. It has been lightly used, with two or three week-long trips each year. We are the second owner, having bought it in April 2023.
* It has the Four Season insulation package with the underbelly being sealed off.
* It has an Alpha Systems roof membrane installed when new.
* It is very roomy with the opposing slides making the living room area 1211 wide.
* It is very comfortable in the living room with two theater seats facing the 42 smart TV. On each side of the opposing slides there is a couch that can also become a tri-fold bed. Total sleeping capacity is six.

* A new gas/electric water heater was installed October 2025.

* It has two air conditioners, with the 2nd factory model A/C unit having been installed in the bedroom by the dealer.
* Cilajet paint protection was applied when new.
* A Furion rear camera is installed on the back of the trailer.
* Comes with a Curt 10,000 lb weight distributing sway control hitch system with the added rock deflector flaps.
* Comes with a Rhino 28-gallon portable black water tank.
* Comes with a surge protector.
* The tires are in great shape with two new spares mounted at the back bumper.
* The rear axle tires have been upgraded to load range E 80 psi tires, with a new 80 psi tire mounted on the back bumper, as mentioned above.
* Also comes with all the cords and hoses to head directly to your next camping adventure.
