New-ish up grades: new a/c and thermostat, new t/v, new refrigerator, new furnace, new bath vent. Very good tires all around. My tech says it needs a new ac/dc converter. It has: New transmission, emergency break module, u-joints and hanger bearings. New battery. It will come with FREE mini Cooper 6 speed with a Trailmaster tow bar for flat towing, really good tires in decent condition. Will need (I think) a new transmission. Runs great but I would not drive it too far.
