37' 5th wheel with LOTS of extras make this camper an exceptional bargain.

1st and foremost: The Keystone warranty covered a very common "stress fracture" problem under the window in the bedroom slide out. See picture. It was repaired by Affinity RV in Goshen Indiana in April 2026. They did an excellent job re-enforcing the walls with actual wood to make this rig be worry free for years to come! You won't have to mess with it, like we did.

We had Affinity add extra insulation to the front cap which makes heating and cooling much better.

Sept 2025 we had a new roof sealant, coating put on the roof, this helped with keeping it cooler!

We replaced the original, thin RV mattress with a 16" thick, queen size, very comfy mattress in April of 2024. We only used it 3 months. Sheets and blanket included.
