The tires and marine batteries were replaced on April 26, 2022 (205/75 14 heartland ST Radials) and have less than 2,000 miles on them. Total miles on the RV is approximately 4,000 miles.
The original Queen mattress is in great shape because we used a different mattress for all but two weeks of camping in 2017 (kept the OEM mattress in a mattress bag in a spare bedroom while using a Tempurpedic)..
There are no known major issues with the RV. All appliances,, as well as the A/C, heat, HWH, and slide out work well.
Known minor issues:
Pine tree branches in a tight RV space scraped a few decals on the street side in 2018 not significant enough to justify purchasing the entire decal package; Hard water stain in the shower: plastic rear door keeper needs replacing [see H. Bowes 2 Pack: RV T-Style Door Holder Catch 6" for Latch Holder Camper Trailer Cargo Hatch White https://a.co/d/0cBKi4vn ]; and Carbon Monoxide detector just expired (chirping, so I removed it and have not yet found a matching replacement. .
