Priced to sell quickly this 2017 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31K is a Class C motorhome designed for those who seek adventure on the open road. Being sold by the original owner and with only 23,057 miles on the odometer, this vehicle has plenty of life left to offer its next owner. The Minnie Winnie is known for its quality construction and attention to detail, and this vehicle includes option packages that feature solid Corian countertops, enhanced cabinetry, swivel seats and the owner has upgraded to a Smart TV/Sound Bar and added a Blu Ray player. The layout is designed to maximize space and functionality, making it easy to travel with family and friends. The rear bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and wardrobe space. The main area features a slideout and has a U-shaped dinette which converts to a bed for 2, a fold down sofa, and an above the cab sleeping area for 2 - in total 7 people can travel and sleep in the motorhome.

The kitchen area has a double sink, a three ring burner, propane oven, microwave and a propane/electric fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage space, the hot water is provided by a propane/electric water heater. The interior is in very good condition.

The bathroom has a ceramic toilet bowl with sprayer and a stainless steel sink. The shower is stand alone.

There is a 4,000-watt Onan MicroQuiet generator, roof mounted air conditioner and 30,000 BTU furnace.

One of the things we really like is the large storage area at the back of the RV with plenty of room for outdoor gear.

New tires were fitted to the vehicle in February - a $1400 value and also included at this price are a TPMS, sewer and water hoses, electric cables, a storage cover, and levelling blocks.

Paintwork is in good condition with only a couple of superficial marks.

We had many fun weekend and family vacations and found this to be an ideal first RV for a family with small children or a couple wanting to try the RV lifestyle.

We are buying a larger unit as we plan to travel extensively over the next few years.
