For sale is a 2016 Forest River Surveyor 245 BHS. Travel trailer is in great condition for the age. Tires are still like new. Just fired up the furnace and A/C. Both of which work great. It has dual bunks at the rear of the trailer. Full bathroom with shower. Queen size bed in the master with plenty of storage. U shaped dinette which can convert to bed. Co2 monitor was replaced February 2026. It has an electric jack which is not operational ($200 for a new one). It will have to be raised and lowered manually. Also the awning for the single slide out will need to be repaired. This does not inhibit the function of the actual slide out. This is a great starter travel trailer for a growing family. Ours enjoyed it and now it can be yours. It has a few extras that will go with it including sway bars. Blue book is $14,000 OBO but is being listed at a price which reflect the 2 repairs that are needed.
