Good condition - we are only the 2nd owners. Queen bed, double-size bunks (note, layout picture shows twin upper, double lower. Our camper has two double beds top and bottom bunk). Leather couch that lays flat to wide-twin, table lays flat to create full bed. Heater and AC work great - no concerns. Water heater works great. New fresh water tank installed Summer 2024. Patio awning in great working condition as well. All windows and seams externally resealed/caulked yearly, most recently Spring 2025. Battery/keypad lock installed on door Fall 2023, also includes regular keys. Kitchen sink faucet replaced for higher quality Summer 2025. TV with internal DVD player and remote included. Bathroom in great condition with shower, toilet, sink, vent with fan. Shower faucet replaced for higher quality in Summer 2023. Floral wallpaper is completely removal (renter friendly brand).
