I purchased this RV from a friend in 2022 and put roughly 12,000 miles on the unit. Previous owner took immaculate care of the unit and annual maintenance routinely. Since I've had the unit, I have maintained the service and continued doing upkeep and repairs as needed. The list below describes things that have been recently replaced or repaired or upgraded. In excellent operating condition and very reliable with loads of power with exceptional compression breaks for towing. This engine has real compression brakes not an exhaust flap like a lot of RVs have. The turning radius is very sharp and clean due to the front axle location does not feel like a 40 foot RV but more like a 25 foot when out on the road, tracks phenomenally down the freeway. Very comfortable ride not disappointed in my purchase one bit, I'm currently downsizing looking for a sprinter style RV/Van. Would consider trades for a sprinter style fully outfitted RV/Van.

Tow vehicle can be sold with the RV. 2005 Honda Element with just over 100,000 miles on it. Good rubber on tires maintained meticulously on routine oil change and maintenance. Blue Ox towing assembly with charging system for chase vehicle breakaway cables. Additional. $5000 for the Honda Element and all towing accessories.

- [ ] New radiator and radiator hoses, new antifreeze. Tested charge air cooler, no leaks.

- [ ] Serviced annually. Complete extra filter set included with the unit. Air filter, fuel filters, and oil filter.
- [ ] Pro Link diagnostic software included for Cummins engine and Alison transmission.
- [ ] New couches
- [ ] Upgraded memory foam bed
- [ ] Recently rebuilt toilet seals
- [ ] New house water pump.
- [ ] Generator serviced.
- [ ] Rebuilt refrigerator with dual compressor upgrade.
- [ ] Windshields removed and resealed repaired rock chips.
- [ ] Watertight roof no leak leaks. Cleaned and inspected. New sealant where needed due to weather cracking.

- [ ] Chassis AC compressor pump needs replaced. Bypassed compressor. Parts compressor and belt $700 plus $1000 for labor for install, system completely charged and worked well. Just needs the AC compressor clutch replaced failed on my last trip over the holiday weekend. Will have it replaced before sell or take the cost off price of the RV. House AC works great.
- [ ] Speedometer mileage does not match ECM mileage.. Speedo current mileage 9792.
- [ ] Headliner delaminating in some corners, known issue with Winnebagos about this vintage.
- [ ] Damage to one cushion on dining table couch.
