Selling my 1996 rear Bedroom 21 Bigfoot (original owner) as I have purchased a newer 2008 30th Anniversary Edition. The trailer has been kept under roof. This trailer has had many upgrades and refurbishings in the past years to keep the unit in fine working order. The unit came with a free standing table and chairs and replaced 15 years ago with Bench seating W/ sleeping area and new cushions. The awning fabric was replaced 10 years ago with canvas W/ aluminum incorporated cover. The inside has been completely refurbished in the past 6 years with Italian plaster material on the walls and quality paint on cabinets and doors, and the laminate flooring replaced with-in the past 2 years. In the past 7 years the Air conditioner has been replaced, along with a newer, larger refrigerator and New Stove/Oven, New Furnace and Water Heater. A Lippert door W/ dark shade and European handle and lock replaced 5 years ago along with new light and handle. The unit in 96 was fitted with Defective Polybutylene pipe and has been completely replaced with New PEX pipe and Fittings Through-out. A new 50 gallon fresh water tank was installed removing 30 gallon factory. New counter tops were installed to accommodate a new single bowl sink. In the past 2 years the Battery has been replaced with a LiTime Lithium AH 100 Battery, at the same time the converter was upgraded. A DC to DC Orion Charger was installed. 1 year ago the Toilet was replaced with a new porcelain toilet. Also a new Skylight was replace with new inside trim. 8 years ago the unit was upgraded with stabilizers welded and bolted to the frame. Everything is in good working order. We are avid campers and like to travel with the fewest delays and problems on our trips and adventures.
