Fully custom fabricated Kelderman Air/Torsion Suspension with dual Vaiair compressors and dual 7gal air tanks and full system dump feature (allows trailer to drop 4 from standard ride height to start leveling at a lower height allowing for a more stable platform when using the RV (less sway and rocking while camping). Includes full reinforced lower subframe/exoskeleton for the ultimate chassis to suspension solution w/8k torsion axles & Hydrastar/Deemaxx disc brakes (diode isolator added to fix 2024+ GM brake controller issues), Bilstein 5125 custom valved shocks and limiting straps, braided stainless brake hoses. (Full spare parts package for brakes and suspension included)

Fully updated and lag screw TSB completed frame/upper deck assembly with added reinforcements to lower generator bay cross bracing. Trailer has had less than 3/16 of movement since new, full inspection of upper deck and all front chassis improvements completed Jan-Mar of 2025 by Busted Knuckle RV Repair in Las Vegas, NV.

- Trailer has a custom high current 48VDC charging system that utilizes dual alternators in the tow vehicle to convert the 12VDC output of the alternators to 48VDC and send the power through a secondary Anderson terminal (SBS-X75) in the bed of the truck to allow up to 3,000w of continuous charging while the tow vehicle engine is running
