The 2022 XTREME OUTDOORS LITTLE GUY MAX ROUGH RIDER EDITION is a top-of-the-line teardrop travel trailer designed for outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure and comfort on the road. The trailer was only used for about 14 days total and you can see it is in mint condition.

For example, it has lighting in the awning, table and bedside reading lamps, nighttime floor lighting, lighted storage outside, and even a lighted door handle. Includes a TV in the bedroom area which can be moved to the outside as the TV mount, electrical outlets, and 3 zone speakers are all ready to go on the exterior.

Comes complete with all of the items pictured including dishes, silverware, decor, bedding, a huge RV rug, clothing racks, and more. Includes a backup camera, and the rough rider edition means a 2.5 inch axle riser and larger 15 inch off-road tires. It has a full wet bath, microwave, pantry with slideouts, 2-burner glasstop stove, covered sink with pull down spout. Includes chairs, cookware, electrical cords, hookups, sewer lines, leveling blocks, chocks, and even a travel dog bowl set and keurig coffee maker- Basically anything we bought to go camping with is included as we are no longer able to go camping.

Base dry weight around 3000 lbs. GVWR of 4200 lbs. 6'7" interior height. 21 feet long. fiberglass exterior with a seamless roof to prevent leaks, antenna, azdel composite panel construction, and it is solar ready.
