RV Description
The 2022 Dynamax Corp DX3 37RB is a luxurious Class C motorhome that offers both style and comfort for your travels. This vehicle has always been stored in our attached, fully insulated, RV garage. With only 6,547 miles on the odometer, this vehicle is practically brand new and ready for your next adventure. The exterior of the DX3 boasts a sleek design with modern accents and a custom paint job, while the interior is spacious and well-appointed with high-end finishes.
The DX3 interior has all the amenities you would expect from a top-of-the-line motorhome, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed and lots of cedar lined wardrobe and drawers, and 1 1/2 bathrooms with double sinks and linen closet. The living area features theater seat recliners with massage and a flat-screen TV for entertainment on the road. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of storage space for all your cooking essentials. There is also a designated laundry area with a side by side washer and dryer with a folding area and overhead rod for hanging clothes.
Options added at factory: Mobile Eye Collision Avoidance System, All electric package, Washer/Dryer, JBL Premium Sound System.
After factory add-ons include: Centramatic Wheel Balancers, Kenwood Dash Camera that incorporates with the Kenwood entertainment center, TriMark keyless entry system on coach door, President McKinley AM/USB/LSB CB, and Snap Pad leveling jack pads.
We believe in truth in advertising, especially for such a big investment. This vehicle is like new outside and has mostly new interior. The interior has all new appliances, TVs, furniture, carpeting/flooring, plumbing fixtures, ceiling panels and fans, lighting, window treatments, duct work and some cabinets. Due to an installation error involving loose wiring from a factory repair, the front AC/Heatpump unit caught fire while being used to warm up the interior. The actual damage from the fire itself was very minimal. The real damage came from soot. It was extensive and required gutting most of the interior and an in-depth remediation cleanup. That means this coach now has a new interior. All repair work was performed by Camping World in Kodak TN.
Note: I just finished a thorough running of all the systems and everything is working as it should. That said, we plan on offering the new buyer a 2-year Good Sam extended warranty, or the equivalent amount reduced from the sale price ($6K) to ensure there are no complications from the new installations.
Title & Escrow services will be paid for by Seller.
