Trailer practically brand new. Taken very good care of. Just put in thousands worth of upgrades and fixes. Feb 2024 addeded new brakes, additional AC in back bedroom, new tires, new batteries, new kitchen faucet, new toilet, new dining and drop down table. All door laminate replaced. Roof resealed and UV treated. Axle and brakes serviced. Both wheel bearings packed. Slide, propane, jacks and tongue all tested and lubed. 2026 Existing AC serviced and Furnace serviced. Trailer has no outside or inside knicks or dings. Any manufacture flaws have been fixed. The Pantry door has been rebulilt with steel support inside to support weight of door. Support was also built under shelving to be able to support proper items when traveling. TV added in back bedroom. New upgraded flooring throughout. The trailer is truly better than when it was bought. It has a King bed in back and pass through bathroom which makes it nice to have much larger bathroom area. If you don't have kids, the bunk area could be used as extra storage. There is also a large storage area in the back under the bunk beds. It has a nice outside kitchen as well, and a 3000 lb hitch you can tow with. We have had a third child and looking for a larger kid bunk area so now need to upgrade, but otherwise we would keep this trailer because there has been no issues with it. It has been a great trailer.
