The Vanleigh Beacon is known for its high-quality construction and attention to detail. The solid wood trim is incredible and made it feel like a home away from home. The 40FLB trim level offers ample living space with a spacious floor plan that includes a large living area with 'U-shaped' seating upfront to allow for entertaining easily with 3 couches. One night we had 8 people in the living room to watch TV and play games! The kitchen is fully equipped with solid surface counter tops and residential fridge. The bathroom has his/hers sinks and a huge shower. The back master suite is very large with great storage for all you need and a ceiling fan. We do have a washer unit that will come with the purchase if desired. There is also an onboard central vacuum that reaches the entire interior of the trailer. The lighting choices you have from the control panel are awesome with several choices for accent only, dimmable, super bright, or soft for just being able to find your way around.

This fifth wheel is designed for long-term living, with plenty of storage space and modern amenities to make life on the road feel just like home. The Vanleigh Beacon 40FLB is perfect for couples or small families looking to travel in style and comfort. My wife and I used it for our winter home and lived comfortably in it for 3 months at a time. Perfect for the two of us and the occasional guests.

The exterior design has beautiful custom paint, two awnings, onboard LP generator, and a lot of storage. There is a power retractable power cord and power open and close for the septic.

The only issues we have with the unit are the 3 sofas having issues with pealing. We chose not to replace them, but went with slip covers that my wife found and I think they actually look very nice (see picture with lighted seating). The light strips on the awnings also could be replaced if someone wants to use them. Some of the lights are out. We didn't need them because of the location we used the RV had plenty of lighting. Otherwise, we love the unit and currently have it on the pad at the RV resort that we stay at in Tampa, Florida.

So... why are we selling? We have another 5th wheel / toy hauler in Wisconsin that we use when up north that accommodates the Grandkids and pets well. With family in the Tampa area, we are looking to purchase a house that will be our winter home. If we were going to be full-time RVers, we'd keep the Beacon and sell the toy hauler!
