Interior: great shape, no water damage or leaks ever, new couch upholstery, new water heater, everything works, clean.
Exterior: cosmetically worn. The factory vinyl wrap is cracking in spots, there's mild sun fade, and you can see ghost marks where prior decals were removed. It's cosmetic, not structural. Body and mechanicals are solid. Photos show this honestly so you know what you'd be buying.

About the sale: This was my late father's coach. I'm helping my mom sell it on behalf of his estate. He was the second owner and took
