Used 2023 Forest River Cherokee Black Label 243TRBL for sale. Well taken care of and lived in for a short period of time. All features work as should such as awning, fireplace, heat/air conditioning, fridge, and outdoor stove/mini fridge. The RV has been insulated in drafty areas and comes with RV skirting which values $1,200.

Also included in the RV sale is a fresh water hose, sewer line, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, Marcel temperature and humidity monitor, and weight distribution hitch.

RV has no issues. It has no water damage/ leaks and has never been in an accident. Its being listed for sale due to life circumstances.

The RV has one AC unit which has kept the RV cool especially in the Arizona summer. There is also ducted propane heat and an electric fireplace that keeps the RV plenty warm in the Pennsylvania winters. Heat tape is also included in RV sale to protect exterior plumbing in the winter.

The refrigerator is residential size and has built in locking feature to keep the door closed during transport.

The kitchen and living areas have a ton of storage. The sink itself is pretty big!

Besides the jack knife sofa, the dinette also converts into a sleeping space that can easily sleep two people. In total, the RV can sleep 6 people.

In the bathroom there is a deep mirror  cabinet and plenty of storage under the sink. The water heater is tankless and you can set the hot water temp to whatever works for you. The endless hot water actually allows for 20 minutes of hot water use until it beeps. The beep is a safety indicator so it doesnt over heat. You just pause water use for a few minutes and then resume.

In the bedroom there are over the bed cabinets, bed side closets, a large wardrobe storage, and the bed lifts up for under bed storage.

On the outside, there is a 15 awning that works perfectly. Solid steps lead you outside. An outdoor stove top that also comes with a griddle is included in the outdoor kitchen. Theres also a small mini fridge. There front of the RV has a deep passthrough storage area. Two propane tanks are held at the hitch area. On the far side of the RV is an outdoor hot/cold shower/hose. At the back of the RV is a fold down rack that can hold up to 200lbs of cargo. Lastly, there is an extra wheel attached to the fold down rack.

On top of the RV are two solar panels that create enough electric to keep the heat on and charge devices.

As far as power, the RV is 30 amp and comes with the power cord as well as a two year old surge protector. I also have a 50 amp converter attachment.
