2021 Jayco Swift 20T | Ram ProMaster 3500 | 3.6L V6 | ~75,000 miles

This van was lived in full-time by a solo traveler every mile is real, every service is documented. Purchased used in 2024 at ~37K miles with a 100% professional RV inspection rating. Current owner added ~38K solo highway miles. Every service visit during current ownership is documented by date, mileage, and what was done not a summary, the actual records. Complete documentation package including the original inspection report is yours before any money changes hands.

Complete repair history during current ownership (this is the full list):

- Chassis battery replaced (normal wear; buyer inherits a relatively new battery)
- Kitchen exhaust fan replaced (plastic brace failure)
- Trailer hitch electronics complete new assembly installed
- Thule awning fabric separated from roller bar; disassembled, epoxied, reassembled. Electronic extension and retraction work fine.
- Dometic fridge front panel cosmetic replacement (new stainless panel over original)

No engine work. No transmission work. No electrical system repairs. No breakdowns.

One open manufacturer recall (NHTSA 25V-552): Rearview camera display issue during backing. The backup camera has always worked correctly in current owner's experience. Manufacturer remedy is a camera replacement; parts not yet available. Any Ram dealer will do the work at no cost when parts release. Does not affect any driving or RV system. Upgrades (~$8,500 in added equipment):

- Starlink roof-mounted with waterproof passthrough; removable, repositionable panel with extending stand for tree cover. Works parked or driving.
- Two lithium house batteries + factory GoPower roof solar
- Dometic NRX 115S compressor refrigerator (4 cu ft, 12V DC or 120V AC) upgrade from factory 3.1 cu ft
- Sony XAV-AX8500 head unit brand new 10.1" wireless CarPlay / Android Auto with built-in navigation. Replaces the factory 7" infotainment; meaningfully bigger screen, much more capable.
- Westinghouse Roku 24" Smart TV replaced; extendable and rotatable wall mount, connected to the van's speaker system
- Custom driver-side cabinetry (deep drawers + workbench surface, bolted to the frame set up for one. A future owner could reinstall a second bed, but it's a real project, not a swap; original foam mattress included.)
- Tochta Journey custom mattress memory foam with cooling gel-infused top, medium-firm, custom-cut to the van. Hinged at the head so it lifts like a chaise (for reading or watching TV in bed). Matching quilted protector included.
- Arksen rear lockbox (mounted above bike rack holds cables, chocks, outdoor gear)
- Custom removable carpet tiles
- Full custom van cover
- Tires Arturo Trailblade AT, LT225/75R16 E, installed March 2026 (~1,100 miles)
- Included accessories: solid plastic wheel chocks (also work as leveling blocks), power surge protector, water pressure regulator, two 30-amp power cords (short + long), 110V power cord, custom front and side window sunshades (black for winter, white for summer)

- Two tables: fold-out laptop table behind the passenger seat (designed for use with the seat swiveled in) and a long table on poles that sets up in the center aisle
- Entertainment: Boss BV6658B head unit (radio, DVD, Bluetooth) feeding two interior speakers (above each end of the bed area) and two passenger-side exterior speakers for music at a campsite without opening the van

Important notes:

- Low ground clearance (underslung generator). Highway and campground use, including level gravel roads. Not for rough terrain or large potholes.
- Bathroom cabinet has cosmetic yellowing no cracking or deterioration. Came to seller this way and has not changed.
