This coach has spent its life in California and Arizona, and has never been subjected to floods, hail, or high humidity, and has been stored under cover.

The 37BH is the popular bath and a half floor plan, on a Freightliner chassis with a Cummins ISL 8.9 liter diesel engine making 380 HP and 1150 lb-ft of torque. It has been meticulously maintained and has maintenance records. The exterior paint is excellent, as is the interior (no wear, odors, or damage). There have been no accidents or body repairs. This has been a no-smoking coach. The tires are original and in good condition, with at least half of their tread left, except for one rear tire which was replaced last year due to road damage.
