Weve had some great travels in our Casita, but with declining health we are needing to stay closer to home. The Spirit Deluxe is a great size for a couple to spend months at a time traveling across the country or weekend trips to the forest. It has a propane furnace for those chilly mountain mornings and an electric roof AC and awning for those muggy Gulf vacations. Its small enough to fit just about anywhere making it easy to pull off the road for a surprise roadside attraction or spending the night on a spur road in the forest. With bathroom, shower, dual propane tanks, good sized refrigerator, you can camp off grid in comfort. We can normally get a good three days before the water supply and battery runs low. Weve generally kept the back bench cushions in storage and used a foam full-sized mattress for our bed. Still in good condition and very comfortable, the mattress is included. The GVWR is 3750 lbs and has been easy to tow with our Honda Pilot. The trailer comes with the factory added friction anti-sway control and high lift suspension package. This little gem has been well used, and well cared for, covered in winter and marine waxed as prescribed, no smokers in the trailer. Tires are a couple of years old, water heater components replaced just a month ago and operates on both electric and propane. Battery replaced last year. Ill even throw in the kitchen gear if you want it, so youll be ready to head out on your adventure!
