FOR SALE: 2018 Thor Four Winds 22B Class C Motorhome.

We are the original owners and our RV has always been stored indoors. We have not used it since 2024 and it is unlikely that we will have the opportunity to continue the RV lifestyle at this point in our lives. We have taken good care of our home and have made many memories. Everything works. There is no water damage historically or at present and we have performed oil changes and regular maintenance before and after each road trip.

Included in the sale is a 2007 Honda CRV towed, an inflatable boat and all the equipment. (But not our clothing and personal belongings, of course.)

The tires are original with deep tread and no sign of damage from sunlight or dry rot. The vehicle has spent more time inside storage units than outside. It may have 16,000 miles on the odometer. I did not note the mileage when we locked it up.

Highlights for this model, for us:
+ it is 24 feet, 6 inch long --we have never been told the rig is too long for a campground or national park,
+ it is built on Ford 350 chassis which makes it easy to handle,
+ the walk-around queen bed slide-out is so much better than those step-up beds stuck in a corner,
+ it sleeps up to six people

It is a good rig for power camping or boondocking. The RV has a built-in 4000 watt Onan generator, which may have been used on a dozen occasions. We prefer power camping. This is a dandy of a rig.
