One rear slide out makes the king size bed- with memory foam mattress, dining table converts to a bed as well as the jackknife sofa- comfortably sleeps 6.
Outdoor kitchen includes sink with hot and cold water and propane 2 burner stove. Doubles as an outdoor shower.
AC, Fantastic Fan, awning with lights, TV/VCR, microwave, propane 3 burner stove and oven, solar panels- all works great. All LED lighting.
A portable 4,000 watt dual fuel generator is included, about 20 hours on it has been run with propane only.
Arctic package has all holding tanks enclosed in insulated basement. 40 gallon fresh water, 30 gallon gray and 30 gallon black capacities.
Always stored under cover, less than 3,000 miles under tow, towable with 1/2 ton pickup- empty weight 5,000 lbs.
