This is a great camper for families or couples. It fits in just about every campsite ever, and it has a surprising amount of counter space, sleeping options, and storage for an RV of this size. Best of all, no need to invest in a huge tow vehicle! Quite light compared to larger models! We have loved owning it, but we are not camping as much now that our kids are older and would like to see another family have fun! We have taken excellent care of our little home on wheels: always sealing the roof on time, etc. We have also made a number of upgrades, including:

Large metal storage box on back bumper for all your gear
Drying rack attaches to back bumper for towels and swimsuits
Electric exhaust fan added to bathroom
Double propane tanks (upgraded from single)
Added huge storage area under queen bed with sliding doors so you no longer have to lift mattress to access storage
Medicine cabinet and extra towel bars in bathroom
Added an inverter so that refrigerators can run off of car power while traveling
New awning (approx 3 years old)
Added second refrigerator, which doubled the fridge and freezer space. Family of 4 now camped easily for a week with no grocery trips!
Newer tires
Roof sealed on recommended schedule
Safety railing added to upper bunk for little ones (can be folded under the mattress when not needed)
Extendable TV arm for viewing from the queen bed
Kitchen has silverware and plates. New sets of towels are still in the camper. Happy to include.
