23 foot class C motorhome that is a wonderful weekend camper. Dodge Ram 3500 gasoline chassis, so no seeking out exotic dealerships and parts. Tires are in great condition. Low mileage and runs perfectly. The camper can sleep four adults and two kids comfortably thanks to the main double bed, electric drop-down double bed and convertable dinette. Nice sized electric/propane refrigerator with a small, but adequate freezer. It has a very functional microwave oven with a turntable as well as a two-burner propane stovetop. The galley has filtered water for drinking and cooking. Unusually for a class C motorhome this size, it comes with two LED televisions. One services the main sleeping area, while the other services the dining area. Plenty of onboard storage for supplies and toys. Outside is a full length lighted awning, patio light, connections for electricity and cable TV and an outside shower hook-up with hot and cold water. Hot water is provided by a propane fueled tankless water heater. An onboard gas fueled Onan generator provides off-grid electrical power. The overhead air conditioner also includes a heating mode to take the chill off in the morning. For those seriously cold days, the camper has a ducted propane fueled heater. The camper is equipped with a full bathroom including a dedicated full size shower. The interior has plenty of light thanks to a skylight at the front of the unit, generous LED lighting, including reading lights in the main sleeping area. There is no slide-out on this motorhome, so no worries about slide-out leaks or malfunctions. This is a great camper that has everything units costing three times as much have.
