2013 Newmar Ventana Model 4324 4 seasons coach. This coach is set on the Freightliner XCR air ride chassis with comfort drive steering system, supported with a 380 horsepower Cummins engine and Allison 3000 transmission with 71000 miles and 4 power slides. Most recent upgrades are a new LG 27 cu/ft residential refrigerator, a new hybrid 3000 watt inverter, house batteries replace 3 years ago, coach batteries replaces 2 years ago, replaced rear A/C unit last year, all leather seating has been replaced with upgraded leather to ensure no peeling issues as the factory had. A tire monitoring system and dash cam have also been installed along with USB power outlets to accommodate phone chargers and accessories. All exterior lighting has been upgraded to LED bulbs and new lens along with a Hughes Watch Dog surge protector.
The coach is an all electric platform meaning no propane to refill. It is also equipped with backup and side view cameras. The leveling system is a HWH all hydraulic system. MCD night and day shades throughout the coach. For sleeping arrangements the master bedroom has a king size sleep number air mattress with a 4 memory foam topper. There are also 2 couches in the living area, one converts to a full size air mattress bed and the other converts to a twin size jackknife bed.
The coach also comes equipped with a two burner electric stove top, a microwave/ convection oven, dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, whole coach vacuum, 2 Fan-tastic vent fans, 4 televisions (3 interior,1 exterior all setup for Roku WiFi), whole house sound system, exterior radio, Oasis hot water/ heating system, 8000 watt auto- start Onan generator with 1868 hours, 3 slides have slide toppers with manual retractable awnings and the main awning a Dometic wind guard self retracting awning, twin chair dinning table, office space station and cabinets, whole home water filter, built in safe, one switch door locks for all basement doors and a power reel water supply hose and power cord.
This coach has been a very reliable coach for us. Weve made several Florida and upper Michigan from northern Kentucky trips with no issues. Only reason for selling is taking a couple year break until retirement finally kicks in and I dont want to see it sit!
