1993 Airstream Excella 34ft

We have owned this trailer for approximately 15 years. My wife, kids, and I have used it as our vacation home while traveling with family from Florida to Maine, and as far west as Tennessee. It has created a lot of great memories for us over the years.

Like any well-loved Airstream, it has seen continuous maintenance, upgrades, and improvements whenever needed. Below is a list of major updates and approximate timeframes:

Upgrades & Maintenance
All interior lighting upgraded to LED lighting as needed
2023 Rear taillights upgraded to LED
2020 All new brake assemblies on all 3 axles (6 wheels), completed by Franklin Trailer
2019 All new tires installed
Tires are beginning to age and should likely be addressed within the next year or two
2024 New Pergo flooring installed throughout
2024 New 4-stage inverter installed
2024 New rolling shower door installed
Original bifold door had become brittle with age
2024 Kitchen backsplash added on both sides
2024 New Levolor shades installed in the sitting area and kitchen
2024 New Dometic rooftop A/C with new interior shroud
2023 New bathroom exhaust fan

Im sure Im forgetting a few things, but this should give a good overall picture of the trailer and how it has been maintained.

As with any trailer of this age, there will always be little projects that come with ownership. However, as of today, everything is in perfect working order and it is ready to hit the road tomorrow.

One cosmetic item worth mentioning: like many Airstreams from this era, the original plasticoat is beginning to show age. If I were keeping it, my next step would be to either:

fully strip and polish the trailer, or
send it to P&S for recoating

Unfortunately, I simply dont have the time to tackle that project right now.

Additional Notes
Hensley hitch is not included in the sale, but can be negotiated separately
Lippert bike rack is not included, but can also be negotiated
All original parts removed during upgrades (curtains, tracks, spice rack, etc.) have been saved and will go with the trailer if youd like to return anything to original condition

If youre a DIYer interested in polishing the aluminum yourself, I also have all the tools needed to shine the trailer and would be happy to include them in the sale:
Large gray and white polishing bars
Variable-speed angle grinder
Cloth wheels and polishing accessories

This trailer has meant a lot to our family, and were hoping it finds a great new home with someone who will enjoy it as much as we have.
