The rear bunkhouse has 4 beds: 2 doubles and 2 singles. It also has its own entry/exit outside, its own bathroom, TV and its own interior door to close off from the living area. It also has lots of storage. The living area has a double reclining love seat, TV, a dinette that converts to a double bed, an island for the deep stainless sink and solid surface countertop, a pantry next to the main entry/exit door, 4-burner stove/oven, a large (and cold!) gas & electric fridge, microwave, a big tv, and a 16,000 btu a/c unit. And there is plenty of extra storage space.
Moving forward, the bathroom has all that it should: sink, toilet, and shower. It also has a skylight and a closet for some more storage. Then there is a sliding door to the king bedroom. On each side is a mini-closet and the foot of the bed lifts for more storage!! We prefer a queen mattress, and we still have the original, never slept-in king or queen mattress.
For the technicalities, this trailer is wonderfully equipped to be unplugged It has 380 watts of solar panels, 2 new 6-volt batteries, and a 2000-watt inverter. With this setup, we have regularly been able to, after sunset, watch a movie, sleep with a fan and cpap running, and still have enough power to brew coffee in the morning before the sun had to do its thing. With the sunup, there is enough power for my wife to work using her computer and star link router. This is without using a generator or shore power.
Fresh water tank is 45 gallons; hot water is gas or electric and is 8 gallons. The specs say it has a black tank and gray tank capacity of 60 gallons each, but I think those values are divided among all the other tanks because there are 2 black tanks and 3 gray tanks.
Outside is a large awning, solid steps, rear kitchen and gas grill never used, with outdoor shower, ladder, heated tanks, electric jack, electric stabilizers, and good-sized pass-through storage bay. In case you are wondering, this thing has tons of storage!!!
Other specs: occupying length is 33 Overall length is 37.5. Height is 112. Width is 8. Base weight is about 7600 lbs. Cargo capacity is about 2200 lbs. Tongue rating is 900lbs.
Also, since we dont need it anymore, the Husky Centerline weight distribution hitch set up is included. This was one of the best add-ons.
