Gently used couple's camper. We are 81 years old, downsizing our home, and looking to sell before we move. We've had it for five years, purchased new, meticulously upkept by myself and my wife under a carport, protected from elements. No leaks during its lifetime with us. At one point, the cleaner valve on the blackwater tank needed replacing, it was replaced. Comfortably sleeps two to three adults (2 on bed, 1 on couch). Couch folds down to make a bed, great for one adult or a child, best for a child.
Fridge and freezer stay cold. Tows well, dual axle, have never had any issues. Goodyear tires.
Has 1 slideout in the living area. Feels spacious to us. Ample cabinets and storage. Standup shower, sink, and toilet work well. Two ceiling vents.
Used once or twice a year for camping at campgrounds or as a sleeping space to host friends who stayed over.

Comes with many accessories, everything needed for camping. Includes 2x 30 lb LP tanks, full. Complete tow hitch package. Dish tailgater and receiver. Fresh water hoses with valves. Black water hose, rhino drainage system.
