No water issues or delamination. Roof inspected yearly, hubs greased every couple years. Tires in good shape.

Known issues:
12V Norcold fridge stopped cooling this spring after a power outage. Ice cold before that on shore and 12V. Likely the control board on these (few-hundred-dollar part), worst case a straight swap. Price reflects it.
Power jack button popped off new replacement included, jack works fine
