- Bought new in 2021 for $38k.
- Comes with E2 Fastway 10k leveling hitch.
- Removed the bedroom shelving to fit a king sized mattress. Selling with the king Casper mattress in it.
- Swapped out the gas stove for a large Blackstone in the same slideout spot. Blackstone comes with camper as well.
- RecTeq RT-340 pellet smoker attached to back of camper on custom fabricated swingout arm. The smoker's auger detached from the motor and needs to be re-attached but then should work great. Comes with the camper. The auger could be broken, I'm not sure, I haven't had a chance to take it apart yet.
- Auto-leveling is a dream to set up at camp.
- Power jack plastic button popped off last summer - I have brand new replacement on-hand. The leveling system inside the storage area also controls the power jack.
- Winegard ConnecT works great for WiFi off cellular or repeater for campground WiFi.
- Wired for backup camera but not installed.
- Roof inspection done annually.
- Hubs greased every 2 years.
- No water issues or delamination of any kind.

IMPORTANT: the fridge has stopped cooling just this spring 2026, unfortunately. Before now, it was excellent - stayed ice cold on shore power and 12v alike - but stopped cooling this spring as we were opening up the camper and testing/cleaning. Should be a very easy swap. This fridge was one of our favorite parts of the camper after having many campers with the old AC/Propane models that never worked well.
