We are selling our 2018 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31K Class C. We purchased it brand new from Dennis Dillon RV in Garden Grove, CA in August 2017, we are the only owners. It has been an amazing RV for our family, it's time for us to move on to something else. We are hoping she goes to another family that will enjoy it as much as we have.

We have never loaned it, or rented it out, it has been absolutely pampered and been stored under covered parking in OC. It's been washed after every trip and the interior detailed by my wife after every trip. It's condition will speak for itself. I'll do my best to list everything that has been done, but may miss one or two things...virtually all the specs on the current model on Winnebago's website are the same for this unit, except the price...

Oil and filter changed at 3,310, 6,481, 9,880, 11,662, 12, 776, 15,625, 16,246, 18,454, 19068 (this was just done in March). The oil in the generator was done at these same intervals.
All work above was done at an authorized Ford dealer, which also did a full safety inspection and full service each visit.
