The Newmar Mountain Aire is in Newmars Luxury Line up. The 4369 is a highly sought-after "bath and a half" layout! 3 Slides Including Full Wall Slide Drivers side, making this one of the most roomier coaches manufacturered.
With it's Fisher Paykel Dishwasher, Whirlpool Resident Style Refrigerator/Freezer w/ ice/water, GE Convection Micro/Oven & Glass Top Stove (Not covection. Any pans work) you have all the luxuries of home anywhere you may drop jacks.
3ea. - 15k BTU Roof top A/C's keep this coach very cold in the hottest of climates. Trust me, we were in UT, AZ & NV last June - Sept. 115° Is hellish.
Enjoy the outdoor fresh air as you kick back under the coach's full length awnings watching TV or listening to your favorite music with your preferred beverage/s. Breakout the Blackstone Grill (sold w/ coach) for some dogs, smash burgers, eggs, bacon, pancakes etc.
Very well cared for and maintained coach. Stored Indoors. With only 54k miles, this coach looks, runs & drives close to new. In some cases I'd say Better than New, seeing brand new usually have problems not long after it's driven off lot. If you haven't ever heard of the term "shake down", ask someone with RV experience. LOL
Have ALL maintenance records. Preventive maintenance and great record keeping is and always has been my utmost priority. That's with anything I own/ed, being a retired former military aircraft technician.
From the roof mounted A/C's to the Leveling Jack Springs and headlamps to tail lights everything in between has been either replaced, repaired, serviced or inspected.
**As with ANY RV sale, you should hire your own independent RV Inspector whether you may purchase ours, any other private party or dealership sale.
