Living Space: Features an above-cab entertainment center and extra storage instead of the traditional overhead bunk, giving the living area an open, airy feel.

Note on Furniture: We currently have one of the couches in storage, which will absolutely be included with the sale!

Mechanical & Climate Control
Roof A/C: In great shape and blows ice-cold to handle hot summer days.

Dash A/C: Currently working intermittently (blows cool air, but not freezing cold). This is the only known issue with the vehicle. We received a professional repair quote for $1,700, and we have aggressively priced the RV at $19,800 to fully reflect and account for this.
