RV Description
1999 Fleetwood Southwind 35S (V10 Triton) with 43290 mi on the odomotor for sale or trade. It has one slideout. I drove it all the way from Ohio in January without issue (1200 mi). I am currently in Arlington, Texas.
I pay 650/month in lot rent in a great RV park and you can probably take over the lease if you would like (I can move out within a few hours). Quite, shower/bathrooms nearby, on site laundry facilities, and very safe. Cheapest housing option in area.
I have already upgraded the coach battery to lithium-ion (LiFePO4), which lasts days and should never need replaced or maintained. The RV recently had its roof resealed and the exterior repainted, so there are no leaks and it looks good enough for RV parks that have an appearance requirement.
I also know that one circuit seems to be disconnected, but I haven't dealt with it because I don't need it anyway. There are also some other smaller things like a brake sensor that needs to be replaced.
The built-in onan generator wasn't running when I bought it and I haven't messed with it, seems good condition.
