1991 Four Winds 28A Class C RV 28 Feet Runs Current Registration Under 60K Miles $4,000 OBO

Selling my 1991 Four Winds 28A Class C RV, approximately 28 feet, with less than 60,000 miles. It runs and has current registration. It was smogged in November 2025.

This is an older vintage Class C that needs some work, but it has a solid chassis and could be a good project for someone looking to restore or use an older RV.

Since I bought it in 2019, I have replaced or installed:

New tires
New refrigerator
New toilet
New flooring
All new plumbing

Known issues:

Prior leak from the water heater damaged the bottoms of a couple cabinets.
The last two photos show the current cabinet damage.
It had a roof leak when I bought it, which I repaired.
There is road noise and rattling when driving, typical of an older RV but noticeable.
It needs cosmetic/interior work.

This is not a perfect RV, but it runs, is registered, has low miles for its age, and has had several major items replaced. It could be restored, used for camping with some work, or possibly used as a stationary guest space/storage setup subject to local rules.
