Up for sale is what we thought was going to be our retirement / grandkids camper. Unfortunately, I've developed a disability that now makes it very difficult to deal with the setting up and tearing down of a pull-behind. We bought this about 20 months ago, brand new from a local dealer. It has very few miles, and very little use.

This camper is virtually new; we've reduced the price and are motivated to sell.

We ordered the camper with every major comfort and performance upgrade available. We are including the heavy-duty Curt weight distribution hitch with sway control! (valued around $600)

This camper is considered a "lite" model designed to be pulled by even a 1/2 ton pick-up or full-size SUV.

• 50-AMP service (most are 30) and prepped for a 2nd AC unit in the bedroom, if wanted. (we found no need)

• Lighted theater seating and a nice electric fireplace (5,000 BTU heater).

• Suburban slide-out grill and outdoor speakers linked to the indoor Smart TV.

• Rear bath model with large walk-in shower, slide out screen, and tons of closet storage.

• Large hidden pantry. This was a selling for my wife. The wall that houses the TV, Fireplace and bookshelves, actually swings open to reveal this large pantry behind it.

• The camper also has modern blackout roller shades over all windows.

• Power tongue jack, easy-down stabilizer jacks, and a large power awning with LED lights.

• The camper has factory installed "ready" equipment so a back-up camera can be easily installed if wanted.

NOTE > The video is the most accurate I could find on YouTube. There are some subtle differences, but that is basically our camper.
