Seriously buyer please! Reasonable offer accepted.  Lots of people asking for price reduction for compensating the leaking history, so here it is.
I got it in 2023 from apache camping center, when it's 1 years old, for skiing purpose as I don't want to wake up in early morning.
Mainly stay at Crystal mountain resort RV slot in winter season without moving (whole seaonal pass if you know it). So didn't travel much since I got it.
Used 3 seasons without issues.
Supposed full functional and issue should all be fixed
1. the front jack bracket is a little deficit so I replaced it (no accident at all)，there is a little glue leftover/painting after the change, please see picture for details. 
2. the roof has a little leaking (in 2024-2025 winter), fixed during summer, and didn't have any issue any more in (2025-2026)
3. the little vent cap dropped, and replaced it.

Details:
1. don't have builtin generator. But you can build your power option.
2. the Stabilizer will be included. ($680)
3. the sawhorse for camper store can be included if you want. (cost $200 to build)
3. Honda EU2200i 2,200W (with propane convert kit installed) can be included with a little extra price (cost, $1300, you may get with like 300$)
4. torklift tie down on 2023 f350 dually can be included. ( retail price $800+)
5. the FastGuns (Frame-Mounted or Bed-Mounted Tie Downs) will be included. (retail price $800+, second hand a couple of hundreds).
