The 2022 Forest River Sandpiper Luxury 38FKOK is a top-of-the-line fifth wheel trailer that offers luxury and comfort for your travels. With a spacious interior and high-quality finishes, this model is perfect for those who want to enjoy the road in style or perfect for full time living.
We purchased this 5th wheel new in 2022. We are the only owner and have taken extremely excellent care of this unit. Only selling because we just haven't been using it enough - taking care of aging parents keeps us close to home now. We have always had it stored in a covered storage in Spring Hill, Kansas.
**Including our Garmin RV 890 - this is an amazing GPS for RVing! We purchased brand new from Garmin and used it when we'd be out on the road - comes in its original box.
*Has 2 A/C units that keep it nice and cold inside.
*Can use their app to control slides, awning and lights.
*KITCHEN
It has a unique and large front kitchen that has residential size refrigerator, microwave, island, stove top range, solid surface kitchen countertops and soft close residential drawers and cabinet doors.
*Living area has a 50 inch flat screen tv, premium soundbar with built in DVD player, ceiling fan, fireplace, two couches (tri fold hide-a-bed style sofas that can comfortably sleep up to six people as the two couches make out to beds. ) and two recliners (we traded out the third couch for RV recliners).
*BEDROOM SUITE
Master bedroom has a king size bed, his and hers closets and storage, comes with smart tv mounted on the wall. We also added "locking straps" to the closets to make sure they don't open while in transport.
*BATHROOM
Bathroom with ceramic toilet, nice tall shower, sink and vanity mirror. In the closet by toilet there is space and hookups to add a stackable washer and dryer if you want to add them.
*LED lighting throughout.
*OUTDOOR KITCHEN
It has an outdoor kitchen that has a microwave, refrigerator, sink and storage, six slide-outs providing ample living space.
*It has 20 foot power awning with LED lights.
*Two entry/exit doors. Pass through storage with a spare tire.
