When I bought this trailer all 5 of my children still lived at home. As 4/5 have flown the nest, with the last not far behind, it is time for us to downsize. It has served us well, and has been very well loved and maintained, never smoked in. It is a straight forward travel trailer with a 4 bed bunkhouse in the back, and a living area with one slide out. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, and both the sofa and dinette convert into additional sleeping space in the main area. Full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, 3 burner stove). Full bathroom with a shower, sink, and upgraded porcelain toilet. Large awning outside, with gas hook-ups for an outdoor grill.

I've made numerous upgrades, additions, and modifications which will all come with the trailer. These are as follows:

Reverse camera system
8-sensor tire pressure monitoring system
Upgraded 1/8" steel rear bumper with bolt on receiver and bike rack
Weight distributing hitch with anti-sway bar
Aluminum fold-in stairs
Memory foam mattress in main bedroom
Gas struts under all beds for storage doors
3 televisions, soundbar in living room
residential faucets in kitchen/bath
pull-out shelves in pantry
foldable counter top extension
PVC waste-hose storage compartment


As seen in the pictures, there is some cosmetic wear and tear in a couple of places, but nothing that compromises function of the trailer. One is in the linoleum floor where there is an approximately 8 inch long gash that occurred from small screw getting stuck underneath the slide while closing it. The second area is the dents in the rear siding which was the result of towing bikes.

The wifey and I are just ready to have it out of our way. Hopefully it can serve another large family the way it has us. Title in hand, first one with a truck and reasonable offer can tow it away!
