RV Description

A great Pre-Covid RV. We purchased it to live in during a house build, lived comfortably year round in it for over 2 years. Setup great for someone with 2-3 children that want a fun weekend at the campground or if you need some extra space at your house for a guest to stay in.

Front Bedroom is currently a Bunkroom but could be converted back to a King. Front Bath with shower. We finished the garage to be our master bedroom and main living room, it has a Solid Queen Bed platform on a happyjack system, Electric Heat, builtin bookshelf and computer desk, walk in closet with built in shelving and a half bath and built in-wall Safe, with loading door deck off the back.

Onboard generator with push button start and automatic transfer switch. 2 onboard fuel tanks, one dedicated to the generator and the second for toy filling with fuel pump.

Washer/Dryer work great. Residential Fridge and tons of storage and full pantry. All of the water is filtered by a builtin single stage filter but the Kitchen has an additional RO water filtration System installed, also the automatic ice maker is fed from the RO filter. Roof is coated with 100% Silicone Reflective Roof Coating for a well sealed roof and cooler roof temperature in the sun, it is also really easy to clean. If you are ever hit by a branch, all you would need is a patch and to spray some more sealant right over the area and your good to go. Basement storage is expanded from original design and flooring is rubberized and water tight. Cleans up fast and easy. Some of the upgrades we made are geared towards full time living but it can be easily be back on the road with a few adjustments.

Some upgrades made:
50 Amp Hardwire Surge Guard installed
Replaced plumbing fittings and connectors with residential pex fitting and connectors
Underbelly heating controlled separately form cabin heat.
Added insulation to the underbelly
Finished Garage
Residential Fridge
