A unique and rare build oriented towards family roadtrips.
This van was a custom ordered Sprinter Van with the highly desirable HID headlight option. This Sportsmobile is based on a 144 wheelbase, low roof Mercedes Sprinter Van with a 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel. Upon delivery it was immediately sent to Sportsmobile for a $60k+ custom build including the famous Sportsmobile pop top rooftop penthouse bed, a full width rear bench that converts into a large queen sized bed that seat 4 with seat belts when converted to it's upright position. Midship are two captains chairs that swivel and recline and include a wall mounted and foldable table. Both front driver and passenger seats also swivel around allowing for a 4 seat custom hang out and dining area when parked. The custom interior include windows all the way around that all open up and include mesh screens for that fresh air flow without the bugs. With the pop top erected the interior standing height is around 8 feet!!!

Also highly unique, with the camper roof lowered, without the roof top storage box the heigh of the van is about 8' 4" and can fit in many garages. Try doing that with a Revel!

Whats unique and sets this van apart from even the popular Revel or Storyteller vans is that it can transport 8 people legally (all with seat belts). Most campervan builds are really designed just for 2 people and not really great when carrying a family like 2 adult and 2 kids. The van includes a 1000w inverter and 200ah auxiliary second battery to power the back. The rear has separate rear heat and air conditioning apart from the front heat and AC found in the cabin to ensure the passengers stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Upgraded touchscreen 11" head unit with Apple Carplay and Adroid Auto. 4 Channel Amp powers front and rear speakers.

The van has a rear 2" hitch mounted for trailers or bike racks in addition to a front mounted 2" hitch receiver for bike racks on the front as well. We used our 1UP bike rack up there with great success. The van includes two sets of wheels. First set are Method Off-road alloy wheels with AT tires. It also includes the OEM steel wheels mounted with winter tires for ski season. The van includes Agile Offroad wheel spacers for the AT tires. The suspension includes spring helper Sumo Springs. Shocks were upgraded to Koni red front struts. The rear has the Owl Vans spare tire carrier with a custom fitted tire cover from a G Wagon G63 AMG. On the other side is an Owl Vans Sherpa rack with an adventure storage box and crate for firewood. On the roof you'll find a 2 year old FIAMMA 45S awning and a roof rack rails with a mounted roof storage box. And so much more. Included is an ARB fridge for food and drinks. Van has been maintained and recently repaired to ensure you're set for the next adventure, all belts and pulleys on the engine have been recently replaced, new turbo seals, resonator and intercooler hoses, oil changed every 5k using Amsoil European synthetic oil, a new DEF tank pickup and heater was installed last winter. Im the second owner. All emissions have been replaced under warranty. Currently driven and enjoyed locally in Norther California.
