This rig is in very good condition for a 1994. Not perfect but better than most rigs 10 or 15 years newer

NO SLIDES maybe a negative to many, BUT a huge plus to me. No costly and time-consuming Slide Seal Replacements. At 8'6" wide this feels very spacious compared to almost all other motorhomes and trailers which often are 8' or 7'6" wide. Without the slides the interior is very spacious when in travel mode. Very nice when traveling with friends and kids.

Also have a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed vehicle I will sell with the RV if interested.

I will deliver anywhere in a 400-mile radius or further for a fee. I'm also willing to give several hours of training on the systems operations for the new owner. Spare parts and equipment go with the RV including an air doubler, manual lug nut torque drive, air over hydraulic 30-ton jack, etc.
