2022 Thor Motor Coach Axis 24.1. One owner, 18,100 miles, full service records from day one. Asking $78,950.

My parents bought this Axis new in 2022 and put it to work Missouri to visit family, Palm Springs in winter, the full Oregon Coast. Every trip planned, unhurried, and the coach was put away clean when they got home. They're approaching 90 now. Driving days are done, and they want it on the road with someone who'll use it.

Chassis & drivetrain. Ford E-350 chassis with the 7.3L Godzilla V8 350 horsepower. No turbo, no DEF system, pushrod V8 that any mechanic who works on Ford trucks can service. Parts are everywhere. At 25 feet 8 inches, it's about as compact as a Class A gets. Parks in a standard space. Fits in drive-throughs. After the first 20 minutes, you forget you're in a motorhome.

Layout. Twin beds in the rear that convert to a king. Sofa slide-out with removable pedestal table opens the living space significantly. Drop-down overhead bunk that stows flush when not in use. Sleeps five total. Full galley: two-burner Dometic gas cooktop, convection microwave that genuinely bakes, six-cubic-foot double-door fridge, single-bowl sink with gooseneck faucet, flip-up counter extension. Full bathroom with shower skylight and a clever double-hinged door fold it out and the hallway becomes part of the bathroom, turning a tight RV bath into a real dressing room.

Power & systems. Thirty-amp shore power. Dual-source water heater (electric or propane). Furnace runs on propane independent of hookups. Roof solar installed with a Go Power 12V/10A charge controller pulls sun straight to the dual Interstate batteries even at sites without shore power. Winegard Connect 2.0 WiFi system built in. Touchscreen head unit with navigation, backup camera, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. 32" TVs in both the living area and bedroom. Heated mirrors with integrated side cameras (factory). Power awning with LED strip lighting. BM Pro Multiplex system monitoring. Code-compliant NFPA 1192 certified.

Condition. This is the part that matters. My parents replaced the AC unit entirely not a repair, a full new unit. Every warranty item that came up was handled and documented. The service records run from purchase day to today, no gaps. The paint and body are clean no delamination, no soft spots, no surprises. What you're inheriting. A coach that's been respected, not abused, not modded to death. Every break-in issue that 2022 production years sometimes carry has been resolved. Better than new off the lot, because the systems are proven over four years of actual use.
