Selling my 2022 Airstream Basecamp 20X. Used primarily as a stationary mobile office at family property not a road-traveled camping rig. The result: significantly less wear on tanks, systems, and interior than almost any 2022 Basecamp you'll find on the market.

If you've been cross-shopping new 2025 Basecamps in the high $50s, this is the same trailer for ~$8K less, in essentially the same condition.

- Front tongue jack was replaced with a new OEM-style manual A-frame jack newer than original.
- Trailer is operational and ready to tow today.

**Title / Payoff**

There is an active loan with Bank of America. Payoff is straightforward: buyer wires payoff amount directly to B of A, any balance to me, title released in 710 days. I've coordinated the process and have all the paperwork ready. Happy to do the closing in person at a B of A branch in Austin if that's easier.

**Why I'm selling**

Heavy international travel has cut into my use of it. Rather than let it sit, time for someone else to enjoy it.
