This 2021 5x8 Hiker Trailer Highway Deluxe is a lightweight square drop trailer with documented original build total of $11,599, including $6,804 in factory add-ons. Aftermarket add ons additional $550.  Compact, car-towable trailer. 1100 lbs.

Includes factory roof-top A/C with heat strip and reinforced roof, which are uncommon on a compact 5x8 trailer. Includes Lock-N-Roll hitch, front rack, two-bar roof rack, and Overland Vehicle Systems Nomadic 270 degree LT awning on the passenger side. Strong gear-carrying and camp-setup capability for a trailer this size.

The trailer also has Autowbrake, a trailer-mounted electric brake controller that allows trailer braking without requiring a permanently installed in-cab brake controller in the tow vehicle. Especially appealing if you want the flexibility to tow with more than one vehicle.
