Very clean 2020 Lance 2285 travel trailer (about 28). Body, roof, undercarriage excellent condition. All utilities, appliances, and electronics work well. Some normal wear from typical use- bathroom interior fan doesnt work and some windows blinds not fully cooperative at times. Chairs show some material weathering. Slide out (pictures show slide in), solar panel, awning, tv, stereo, oven, microwave, sink, water heater, shower, toilet, everything you need. Can include hose for water hook up, power cable, external holding tank, and propane tanks. Tires in great shape.
