One-owner 2019 Grand Design Momentum 395M fifth wheel toy hauler with extensive residential upgrades throughout. This camper was lived in full-time and set up for comfortable living and travel.

The garage has never been used to haul toys, and the Happi-Jac couches and table are brand new and have never been used. The Happi-Jac lift system is also in excellent condition.

This Momentum has been extensively upgraded over the years, with many features that make it feel much more like a home than a standard RV.

Condition

The RV has been well cared for and maintained over the years, with numerous upgrades and improvements completed. The roof has been resealed as part of routine maintenance, and the RV has recently been thoroughly cleaned and prepared for sale. The slides and leveling system operate properly. The furnace, generator, and all three A/C units are operational.

The main living room A/C cools properly. An RV service technician recently inspected the unit and determined that the fan motor will eventually need to be replaced. The A/C is currently functional and cooling; the fan operates on the high setting, while the low setting does not function properly.

All three awnings extend and retract properly. The awning fabrics have UV-related cracking/weathering consistent with age and sun exposure. The exterior decal graphics also show some fading and cracking consistent with age and sun exposure.

Inside, the RV shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with its age and full-time use. There are no significant issues we're aware of. One cat has lived in the unit.

Why This Momentum Stands Out

This is a heavily upgraded 395M with many of the expensive residential-style improvements already completed, including the residential refrigerator, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, flooring, bathroom upgrades, retractable shower door, upgraded furniture, and Tempur-Pedic mattress.

The garage has never been used to haul toys, and the Happi-Jac couches and table are brand new and have never been used.

It is a great setup for full-time RV living, extended stays, or comfortable travel without having to take on the expense and work of adding these upgrades yourself.
