We purchased this trailer new from Avalon RV in Medina, Ohio in June 2018 and have enjoyed many camping trips over the years. Its perfect for two people, and is ready for its next adventure. Despite the small size, it has a spacious interior thanks to the slide-out, although it can also be used easily with the slide-out retracted. The sleeping areas accommodate up to three people with a queen-size bed and convertible dinette single bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner propane stove, sink, refrigerator (120V, 12V, or propane), and microwave oven (120V).
The bathroom features a dry bath with a separate toilet, shower, and sink.
The 6-gallon water heater is powered by either 120V or propane.
A roof-mounted air conditioner (120V) and propane furnace are included. We have never used the furnace as a small 120V space heater (not included) always provided plenty of heat.

The unit has always been covered while in outdoor storage for more than a few weeks. A new custom cover was purchased in January 2026 and is included in the sale. Watertight, clean, never smoked in, and no funny smells. We are selling it equipped with many of the items youll need for camping. I checked out all the appliances/equipment on May 8 and it is all working properly in all modes (Water pump, Water heater, Furnace, A/C, Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Battery Charger, Stereo, and TV)
