2018 Jay Flight BH26 model. 30 ft long, 13,500 BTU air, 3 burner stove, upper and lower bunk beds plus master bedroom with curtain partition. Dry weight under 5,000 lbs. 7,000 max load. Light and easy to pull. Hitch weight approximately 500 lbs. 84-gal freshwater tank, 39-gal gray water tank, 39-gal black water tank. Dual 60 lb propane tanks. No slide-outs and more important no constant slide out repairs. Power awning. Electric hitch jack, manual rear jacks. 3-way refrigerator in kitchen and small 120v refrigerator in rear under floor compartment. Fold down couch but I have a small shelf screwed into the fold down space. 2 full size bunk beds plus master queen bed. Typical shower/head for camper. Unit is wired for solar panel, TV, and had built in stereo. TV is included on living area. Battery was installed 3 years ago. Has roof antenna for TV. 6-gallon water heater, propane and electric. Trailer is in good shape, no leaks, damage, or rot. I only traveled with it twice thus the reason for the sale. Non-smoker. Ran air and refrigerator occasionally to keep everything working.
