RV Description

Winnebago Fuse 2017

Looking for a nimble, fuel-efficient, and easy-to-drive Class C? This very low mileage 2017 Winnebago Fuse 23T is built on the reliable Ford Transit diesel chassis, offering the perfect balance of power and economy. It is rated at 16mpg and we have seen that. Whether you are navigating tight state park campsites or cruising the highway, this unit handles like a dream, thanks to the upgrades seen below. The cab forward and very large windows help a lot. The Transit electronics include Lane Warning and software to help control the vehicle in high winds.
The unit only has 14,773 miles on it. We had great trip to Mt. Rushmore, but we live 1 hour from the beautiful Oregon Coast and 1 hour from the amazing Oregon Cascade Mountains so we decided that we were happiest near home.
Both factory key fobs are included.
Key Features & Layout:
Slide-Out: Features a large passenger side slide that opens up for a roomy queen bed that can be walked around on three sides. The bed has a 3 Costco foam mattress added for increased comfort.
The convertible dinette converts to a double bed, and a mans cushy recliner chair.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas 3-burner range and oven. The oven has been used for storage only so is showroom clean. There is microwave, and a surprisingly spacious refrigerator/freezer that uses gas or electric depending on your space.
Lighting: All interior lights are LED. There is a row of lights across the awning and under carriage lights to leave on if you return RV in after dark. Entertainment: Integrated TV system and stereo, perfect for rainy days. The front TV was replaced one year ago with a 110V supply instead of the 12V. The rear TV is 12V. Stereo is Jensen with AM/FM/CD and DVD capabilities. Interior and exterior speakers. There is a external electric plugin and cable for TV.
The house batteries failed two years ago and they were replace with high end Renogy lithium batteries which are an upgrade that helps with the two roof top solar panels.
An unused RV factory cover is included.
Recent Maintenance & Updates:
Exterior: Meticulously cared for. I have recently performed seasonal detailing, including refreshing the exterior caulking, and addressing moisture seals in the tail lights to ensure the unit is watertight.
The roof was inspected in December of 2025 to ensure roof sealant. We spent two days in a Pacific Coast storm with no leaks. Mechanical: All service is up to date.
Records: Original manuals available. Maintenance records included separate.
Upgrades: Fuses are well known for tail dragging over swales and curbs. In addition there is considerable sway on moderate to sharp road corners. Both of these have been addressed by skilled technicianinstalled Timbren Rear Helper Spring (eleminated tail drag) and 427 Trasit rear Sway Bar upgrade (corners are a dream).

We replaced the Automatic Transfer Switch in 2020. This allows switching from house batteries, shore power and generator electric supply. Included is the Hughes Power Watchdog to guard against improperelectricity at RV parks.

This Fuse is cabled and ready for towing a vehicle with Blue Ox control unit, tow bar, and remote brake unit, which is included. We have towed a Mini-Cooper Countryman over one of the steepest passes in the Oregon Cascades do you should be able to take this anywhere.
We added Tire Minder tire pressure monitors.
A more capable thermostat was added recently.
The A/C unit venting was modified to enhance the cooling with less noise.
The dinette can be easily switched between a table, a double bed, and a comfortable mans cushy chair.
After a small scratch due to driver error we added 4 additional exterior views cameras which help with right and left views, front views, and hitch views. The standard rear camera is a view to the rear from the top of the RV.
A factory recall service was performed in July of 2019 on the solar panel connection.
Condition Note:
This RV has been stored inside our shop and used for travel. During the cooler months the interior is heated. Everything is in working order, from the generator to the AC, plumbing systems, and blinds. We are only selling because we are ready for our next adventure.
