It has hydraulic levelers, a large slide out, spacious bathroom with large shower, queen bed, fold out couch, two flat screen TVs, on board 5000 watt generator, full kitchen with range/oven, gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, over the stove microwave, and Corian coutertops. All of the cabinets are real Oak wood.
This particular coach has had three owners and has had regular oil changes etc. nEW deep cycle batteries for the house, brakes were checked by a truck repair garage, four year old Michelin steer tires, five year old Firestone drive tires..
Never any leaks, no soft spots, no accidents, stored indoors except when in use. There is no delamination of the sidewalls, all of the windows are fog free.

We are only selling because we need a smaller motorhome ( 30 feet) to fit in our driveway. This motorhome is in great condition and appearance. It drives well and only has a couple of minor scratches on one decal, the interior is great with no smells, only normal wear.
